Annual Meeting and Party

Join us for our Annual Party and Meeting that will include a paid pizza luncheon and raffle prizes.  A short Annual Meeting will be held after the party to elect new Board members for 2024.

You are welcome to bring a guest(s) for a cost of $10 per person.  You can add a guest(s) during registration and pre-pay.

Registration closes 6 PM, Wed, 20-Mar to allow meal planning.

There will be pre-party rides that you can register for separately. 

Notes:

• Registering for a pre-party ride does not register you for the paid luncheon.  You must register for the party separately.
• We have Ramada 2 reserved as circled below in the map.   Parking may be limited close by, and you may need to park in one of the overflow lots.
